Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support warehouse organization protocols
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations and OSHA standards at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and delivery targets
- Support weekend shift operations with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Osha certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
- Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts and overtime as required
