Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize palletized materials in warehouse racks
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanning systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading workflows
- Support weekend inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
- Train new team members on safe equipment operation
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of recent warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory management
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Forklift certification (sit-down/stand-up) preferred
