Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Accurately manage inventory using RF scanning systems and digital tracking tools
- Execute loading/unloading of trucks with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following OSHA and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Complete daily equipment inspection reports and maintenance logs
- Support weekend inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license with 2+ years experience
- Proven ability to operate multiple forklift types (sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks)
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a physically demanding environment
- Flexibility for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) and overtime availability
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices
