Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move materials efficiently within warehouse and storage areas
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal safety and performance
- Load/unload trucks and containers following strict protocols
- Manage inventory with precision using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Document all material movements and inventory updates accurately
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends if needed)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred
