Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse setting
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on equipment daily
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, order pickers)
- Support warehouse inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends if needed)
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
