Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in warehouse/distribution settings
- Load/unload trucks and move inventory to designated storage areas
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Inspect equipment for safety compliance before each shift
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisor
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Oklahoma State compliant)
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled warehouse environment
