Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect equipment daily for safety compliance and report maintenance needs
- Manage inventory documentation and warehouse organization systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company operational standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean and orderly work areas in compliance with 5S principles
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during shifts
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Island area
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Availability for flexible shifts (including weekends if required)
