Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal safety and performance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Manage inventory counts and assist with cycle counting accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized workflow and meet production targets
- Document daily activities and report maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through our paid training)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory and documentation tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
