Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, and distribution with precision
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Train new operators on equipment handling and safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (10-40°F)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
