Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in training new operators on safety and operational standards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
