Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse settings
- Load/unload freight with precision using pallet jacks and hydraulic equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records via WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Support order fulfillment and dock operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Flexible availability including weekends/shift work
- Pass background check and drug screening
