Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to transport materials within warehouse and loading dock areas
- Load/unroll trucks and containers efficiently while verifying product accuracy
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain organized storage systems and inventory records
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
