Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Manage inventory through scanning and tracking systems to ensure accurate records
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and preparing shipments for dispatch
- Participate in ongoing safety training and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through company training)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial equipment
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
