Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Manage inventory documentation and coordinate with warehouse team for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company operational standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating sit-down forklifts in warehouse environments
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
