Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks) to move palletized materials
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily, reporting maintenance needs
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in warehouse zones
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with team to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Complete accurate inventory logs and shipping/receiving documentation
- Operate in climate-controlled and outdoor warehouse environments
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
