Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure operational safety
- Load/unload trucks with precision while adhering to weight limits
- Manage inventory counts and documentation accurately
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in ongoing safety training programs
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through company training)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
