Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards
- Load/unload freight using pallet jacks and material handling equipment
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces to meet safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 48 hours)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends
