Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Complete accurate documentation for inventory tracking and movement
- Assist in training new operators on equipment usage and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
