Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts to move pallets and materials efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation in compliance with safety standards
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse workspace
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members for streamlined operations
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and dock management
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain free training)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to Indianapolis worksites
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shifts
