Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to move pallets and materials efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with warehouse team for inventory management and loading/unloading
- Follow strict safety protocols for material handling and equipment operation
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory movements
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Train new operators on safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
