Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision
- Manage inventory stacking and pallet organization
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance reports
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with receiving/shipping teams for efficient operations
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
