Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Manage inventory movements, loading/unloading trucks, and warehouse organization
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory and operational activities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Train new operators on equipment usage and safety best practices
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
