Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within warehouse and dock areas
- Load/untract trailers and containers with precision using proper stacking techniques
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records via warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts (5:00 AM start)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
