Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments and quality control processes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through our training program)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
