Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of forklift equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning barcodes and reconciling stock counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in strict accordance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely processing of shipments and receiving.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report any hazards or unsafe conditions immediately.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid, unexpired Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of previous forklift or warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and a drug screen.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and inventory tracking systems.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and navigating a busy warehouse floor.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
