Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely to move materials within warehouse
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team to optimize loading/unloading operations
- Train new operators on safety procedures and equipment use
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
