Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trucks in strict accordance with safety regulations and company protocols.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment for defects and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S standards) at all times.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage inventory orders for shipment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts (counterbalance, reach, or pallet jack).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required by business volume.
