Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and transport goods from shipping trucks to storage racks and vice versa.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure machinery is in optimal condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanning devices and warehouse management systems.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline logistics and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Previous experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a safety-first mindset.
