Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials within our facility. This includes loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean work area.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload shipments in a timely manner to ensure production schedules are met.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement in the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Counterbalance, Reach, or Reach Truck) required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock management.
