Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and stage materials and products for outbound shipping or inbound receiving.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and checks.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily for any signs of damage or wear and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure workplace for all team members.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse flow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, or High Reach) required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
