Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Execute inventory management tasks using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain meticulous equipment inspection logs and safety documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Train new hires on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (must provide documentation)
- 2+ years of recent warehouse forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Proficient in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Clean driving record and background check clearance
- Strong communication skills in English/Spanish bilingual preferred
