Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts (reach trucks, sit-down forklifts) to load and unload materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
- Move pallets and heavy inventory to designated storage areas efficiently.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock management as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and report any hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience operating heavy industrial forklifts.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
