Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage space and inventory accuracy
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational standards
- Document inventory movements and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through our training program)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial forklifts (sit-down and stand-up)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying warehouse conditions
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
