Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and move materials in warehouses and distribution centers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Perform inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.
- Prepare pallets for shipping and loading onto trucks, ensuring secure transport.
- Report any mechanical issues with equipment to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator Certification.
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
