Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Accurately track inventory and assist with warehouse organization
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily production targets
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for inventory and equipment logs
- Assist in training new team members on equipment operation and safety
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial forklifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and inventory management skills
