Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect equipment for safety hazards before and after each shift and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging and organizing stock according to company standards.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and compliant with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet customer specifications.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CP, TF, LF, or OT) required.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
