Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently
- Load/unload shipments using proper pallet jacks and hydraulic equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Support cross-functional warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one)
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
