Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Perform daily safety inspections of forklifts and ensure adherence to OSHA safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure pallets are properly stacked, wrapped, and secured for safe transport.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and improve warehouse efficiency.
- Assist in general warehouse duties including picking and packing orders as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory or scanning barcodes.
