Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with safety protocols
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in warehouse racking systems
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams for efficient workflow
- Maintain accurate inventory documentation using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
- Train new hires on proper equipment operation procedures
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
