Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move pallets and materials efficiently
- Load/unload trucks and containers while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse space following 5S principles
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow productivity
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
