Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records through warehouse management system entries
- Inspect and perform basic preventive maintenance on forklifts daily
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Stack and organize pallets in designated storage areas with precision
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisor
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through our paid training program)
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating sit-down forklifts in warehouse settings
- Strong understanding of weight balance and load stability principles
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management system usage
- Clean background check and reliable transportation to our Oklahoma City facility
