Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move palletized goods efficiently
- Inspect and maintain forklift equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with warehouse team to prioritize loading/unloading schedules
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Document inventory movements using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with 5S standards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems

- Reliable transportation and flexible availability for shift work
