Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Load/unload shipments with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Assist with warehouse organization and space utilization
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including weekends as needed
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
