Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflow and productivity
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing materials in designated storage areas
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in warehouse or industrial setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
