Responsibilities
- Operate electric and gas forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance issues to management immediately.
- Verify inventory accuracy by conducting cycle counts and stock checks.
- Ensure adherence to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including debris removal and floor marking.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (CP or Class I/III).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory data.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
