Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper documentation and inventory accuracy.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and stock locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA) required; on-the-job training available for the right candidates.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with RF scanning technology preferred.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies.
