Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery safely to move materials within the facility and loading docks.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
- Inspect forklifts for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Follow all company safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy loads and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to be trained on specific forklift certifications (Counterbalance, Reach Truck, etc.).
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
