Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Verify inventory accuracy and document material movements using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in ongoing training for equipment certifications and safety procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to our Columbus facility
