Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and stack inventory.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure that all loading and unloading procedures comply with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and logistics coordinators to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections on forklifts and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Assist with inventory audits and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and logging.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
