Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift operator certification (CDL Class A/B/C preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience operating industrial forklifts.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and night shifts.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for inventory logging.
